The word bless or blessing is a word that Christians use so often. We speak blessings over one another as a greeting (“have a blessed day”) or on special occasions (“may you be blessed on your wedding day”). It is meant in the sense of “may it go well with you.”
Do we really understand the meaning of the word? I have been looking up the meaning of the word ‘blessing’. As a noun, in the context of a prayer, it means that we are calling on God for divine care, protection and favour. As a verb, in the context of consecrating, we are asking God to make something holy through prayer or action.
What I am asking of God as I pray these blessings, contained in this second book, over my descendants is for His divine care, protection and favour over their lives. Also that my descendants (each and every one) will be consecrated to God and made holy for His service.
May they also have a generational heart and mind-set.

I have been reading Helena’s Blessing Your Seed 1 & 2 daily since January 2020. During the course of time I have experienced this pause in my morning routine as a wonderful reminder of just how faithful Father is to those who love Him and keep His commandments. Blessing my children daily with these scriptures has given me the Sword, which is the Word of God, to place in my children’s hands, enabling them to keep standing firm against the ruler of the earth. Thank you Father for your Word!
